Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We tried to identify the molecular mechanisms of cancer stem cells in cholangiocarcinoma. We identified several molecules which required for the maintenance of cancer stem cells. Our data demonstrated the possible therapeutic approach which transform the cancer stem cells into the non-cancer stem cells.
