This research aims to develop a new market of oversea's markets for Japanese agriculture products and food. And for that purpose, I made a education program of agribusiness for developing anew oversea's markets through discussing this theme with oversea's researchers. And I implemented some field surveys at European countries and Japan, The research concludes that Japans strategies take aim to get upper segment of the markets. That does not give a enough merit to the country. Based on the Nesre model, Japan needs to supply the products and food of popularized price to make the market not only upper side but also bottom side.
