Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs) have widespread roles in regulating gene expression. Very few lncRNAs that regulate disease progression, are identified to associate with Hmgb2. Quantitative RT-PCR using original probe can successfully detect lncRNAs and can be expected to improve laboratory medicine.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
