Outline of Final Research Achievements

The initial phase of decision-making before any medical procedure is largely affected by the emotions of healthcare providers. We used a text mining approach to analyze the emotions of healthcare providers during decision-making prior to drug treatment to determine the association between emotions and medication errors using medical accident information database provided by Japan Council for Quality Health Care Organization.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements
