| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We showed that DEC1 expression decreased in CKD mice kidneys compared to control mice. Also, the Per1 expression decreased in CKD mice kidneys. These results suggest that abnormalities of circadian rhythm depends on the disturbance of clock genes expression. In cell culture, DEC1 expression decreased in the high concentration phosphorus treatment. On the other hand, alphaSMA increased. We speculate that clock genes link to renal interstitial fibrosis, suggesting induce severe abnormalities of clock genes expression.

本研究内容は、現在論文作成中であり、完成次第、投稿する予定である。また関連する学会などで発表し、社会や国民に公表をする予定である。本研究は、慢性腎不全が時計遺伝子に影響を及ぼす現象やメカニズムを示した内容であり、将来的には時計遺伝子の発現異常を制御することで、慢性腎不全の進展抑制に繋げることを期待する。
