Outline of Final Research Achievements

MicroRNA, adjusting genome expression, is expected as biomarker of diagnosis or activity in autoimmune diseases. In this study, we evaluated usefulness of microRNA in ANCA associated vasculitis. We found on miR-5571 and miR-200c based on comprehensive search. We found that miR-5571 associated with MPO-ANCA positivity and miR-200c related with disease activity statistically.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements
