Outline of Final Research Achievements

Nivolumab has been sold in japan.Although adaptation to oral cancer has been expanded,PD-1/PD-L1 pathway In oral carcinogenesis was still unknown. We aimed to analyze the abnormal expression of PD-L1 in 4NQO induced rat tongue cancer model. We used resection specimens of rat tongue cancer model and measured the expression level of PD-L1.We demonstrated that the control group was not observed PD-L1 expression, but abnormal expression of PD-L1 in tongue cancer group

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements
