看護職の他者とのかかわりが明らかとなり,属性に基づき,大切なかかわり先や自身を振り返る機会を提供できる。また,リフレクション及び継続学習の実態に基づき,ロールモデルが提示され,新人及び現任教育に必要な教育的資料となることに加え,臨床看護実践に寄与できる。 さらに,リフレクションに必要な自己への気づきにつながる看護職自身の感情,リフレクションを促進する他者とのかかわりとの関係を検討することは,職場全体の再評価や継続学習の一助となり,チームや組織の変化・発展に寄与できる。
