Support models that promote patient's comfort and vitality so that patients can return to social life, difficulties and challenges (5 categories), patients' comfort (5 categories), care to promote comfort (16 categories) It consisted of). Difficulties and problems in reintegration: 1 Return to home may make the condition worse, 2 Painful complaints may not be strong enough, 3 families may be unable to cope, 4 Unfamiliar environment There was a sense of loneliness, 5 patients and family were strongly anxious.

本研究で明らかになった、患者が社会生活に復帰できるよう、患者のコンフォートを促進し活力を高める援助モデルは、以下のような学術的意義がある。まず社会復帰にあたり困難および課題は、これらの内容をアセスメント項目として活用することで、スムーズな社会復帰への示唆となる。患者のもつコンフォートは、患者の多様な表現内容として看護師の感性を高めることに役立つ。コンフォートを促進するケアは、学術的新規性があり、今後文脈を捉えた質的記述的研究で洗練させることも可能であるし、または尺度開発を行い実証するための基盤とできる。
