Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We developed program of the end-of-life care(EOLC)that enhance can do decision making of the community residents. Doing this, we can promote residents and care providers’ decision making about EOLC. We clarify the characteristics of the decision-making support care at facilities and hospital. In addition to verify the usefulness of EOLC pathway to aid in advanced care planning for elderly assisted living residents that would ensure their EOLC wishes were respected.

本研究の成果は地域住民に対するエンドオブライフケアの意思決定の理解を高め、意思決定を促すことに貢献した。また、地域住民の意思決定を実現するケアシステムの構築のために、パス開発により可視化できたことは社会的な意義がある。
