| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We adopted Social Attention and Communication Study-Japan「SACS-J」for medical examination for infants. SACS-J assess the social development. Additionally, the validated as screening items. SACS-J changed to become familiar from Social Attention Communication Study 「SACS」for medical examination for infants in Japan. As a result, SACS-J is valid on assessment about focus on joint attention from early infancy. And SACS‐J was suggested can be utilize as help for early support on health guidance at the time of medical examination. ②We created E-learning and DVD video teaching materials for the purpose of utilization plan of SACS-J as supporting technology of public health nurse.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
発達障害の早期発見には、1歳6か月児健診における社会性の発達の評価が求められ、評価の標準化と質の担保が課題となっている。本研究では、SACS-Jを乳幼児健診に導入し、そのツールの妥当性を検証した。その結果、行動観察評価1歳6か月児健診前からの早期に導入することで，ASDなど発達支援を必要とする児を自治体における公衆衛生活動のレベルで早期に同定し，地域での保健指導や養育支援に結び付けられる可能性が示された。また、SACS－Jの活用に向けた学習教材は、保健師の支援技術向上の一助になった。
