Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We launched a mirror server of the UCSC Genome Browser Database in Japan, in a collaboration with its developer, to support a large-scale genome-wide analysis in Asia. With its stable service in two years, it grows as one of the largest life science databases in Japan, which have twenty to thirty thousands of accesses.
