Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Ettringite can be synthesized in single phase from calcium oxide, aluminum nitride and sulfuric acid holding at a temperature 80 degree Celsius for 48 hours.Synthesized ettringite has also ion-exchange capacity and fluoride concentration of model waste water decreased from 25.43 mg/L to 7.96 mg/L by addition of synthesized ettringite holding at a temperature 25 degree Celsius for 120 minutes.
