Outline of Final Research Achievements

The purpose of the study is to assess the effect of the DNA polymorphism and methylation on the attachment continuity from infancy through adolescence.
The factor analysis extracted two factors, secure and ambivalence, from infant attachment behaviors in the strange situation procedure. Covariance structure analysis yielded that the polymorphism of 5-HTTLPR has different effects on the association between infant secure factor and adult security.
