| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Healthy individuals including those with childhood trauma experience and patients with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) performed cognitive tasks to measure the attention and memory bias toward negative information. Negative memory bias tended to be related to childhood trauma scores, diagnosis of PTSD, and severity of PTSD, suggesting that negative memory bias could be useful as an objective evaluation index of trauma experience or PTSD.
