Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We have proposed a novel platform which consists of a cubic artificial eggshell containing a chick embryo for effective simulation in microsurgical training. The cubic eggshell with PDMS membrane allows the total amount of oxygen to pass into the egg for the chick embryo culturing.
In this project, we newly developed a fabrication technique to make microobjects on the albumen part of living chick embryo by using a microheating tool.
