Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Our research revealed that the genome-wide binding pattern of Crm1, a nuclear export factor, dynamically changes during cell differentiation. Our work also suggests that the chromatin-bound Crm1 could interact with various proteins, including chromatin regulatory factors, and is possibly involved in the epigenetic regulation.
