Outline of Final Research Achievements	An aim of the study is to develop marine microbial biocatalysts implemented multiple substrate utilizing phenotypes based on consolidated biological processing (CBP) in efficient biofuel production. We created new marine vibrio biocatalysts showing 1) polyuronide-sugar alcohol-glucan utilizing phenotype and 2) higher ethanol producing phenotype from D-galactose.
