Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We synthesized candidates of designer drugs having phenethylamine moiety and examined methamphetamine-related in vitro and in vivo activities. As a result, we found the particular compound having strong dopamine uptake inhibitory activity, locomotor activity, and dependency.
