Outline of Final Research Achievements

Conventional methods such as flow cytometry and quantitative PCR have limitation to analyze individual lymphocyte cells. Here we established single cell analysis method by taking advantage of DNA barcoding, and analyzed TCR repertoire in the gut of experimental colitis model.
