Outline of Final Research Achievements |
A systematic review was conducted on research of e-mental health interventions in low and middle-income countries. A hearing was made of mental health specialists concerning e-mental health in Vietnam, Myanmar, and Nepal. An e-mental health e-learning program that was translated into a local language was provided to participants in Vietnam from a server at the University of Tokyo, with collecting data of user behaviors of these participants. With findings from these studies, a strategy for promoting e-mental health in low and middle-income countries in Asia was discussed, in terms of individual and environmental focuses.
