Outline of Final Research Achievements

Previously, we succeeded in manipulating the velocity of cell differentiation from pluripotent stem cells. Recently, we found that differentiation velocity can be synchronized through unknown cell-cell communication mechanims. In this study, we demonstrated that exosome secreted from the cells mediates the differentiation synchronizing phenomenon.
