Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We sought to identify proteins whose levels in the CSF in lumbar spinal stenosis patients were significantly different from those in the control group by performing an exhaustive search with high-resolution mass spectrometry. Further validation using an independent sample identified 7 proteins. These proteins may be utilized as bio-markers for lumbar spinal stenosis.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
