Outline of Final Research Achievements

Human embryos-associated microRNAs can be detected in in vitro fertilization(IVF) culture media, which could be useful for screening successful(live-birth)samples.
Larger samples are needed to determine whether measurement of human embryos-associated microRNAs can be used as a novel, noninvasive biomarker for assessing embryonic health .

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements
