I have proposed and investigated several statistical analysis methods for neuronal spike trains. As a result, our new analysis method seems to be effective for the time series with long time correlation or stationary data, which is often difficult to be applied for other conventional analysis methods. Moreover, I evaluated the complexity of spike trains and investigated the relationship between time series and neuron models.
