Outline of Final Research Achievements |
It was clarified that joint has to move as large as possible to improve joint flexibility. On the other hand, it was also clarified that moving speed of joint and muscle force to move joint did not affect joint flexibility improvement. Moreover, it was evaluated that the increase in joint swing speed or muscle force enhance fatigue. Therefore, it should be avoided.
