Emerged as an effective countermeasure against global corporate crime after the "Enron shock," DPA (Deferred Prosecution Agreements) has spread globally in 10s. This research has probed the potential of this novel system through comparative legal studies on American, English and French systems, economic analysis and legal philosophy of punishment.
