Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements	本研究は、2つのインパクトを有していると考える。すなわち、まず第1には、複雑化した現代の取引社会においては、複数当事者が複数契約を用いて複数債権債務を発生させる場合の方がむしろ多いものと言え、その場合の根本的・本質的原理を析出して統一的な理論構築をすることは、大きな影響力を持つことである。そして第2には、その原理析出のためにフランス法に示唆を得て複数当事者による契約の利益の帰属形式の解明をも視野に入れているため、我が国の伝統的な＜債権パラダイム＞から、「契約の目的」という＜契約パラダイム＞への転換ではなく、両者の統合が指向される点に大きなインパクトがある。
