Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, we investigated thermoelectric materials and electrodes for highly transparent and flexible thermoelectric devices. The thermoelectric properties of PEDOT:PSS, as a transparent thermoelectric material, were improved by the introduction of surfactants. In addition, we developed a film formation method of single wall carbon nanotube transparent conductive film as an electrode. We achieved the deposition of SWCNT thin film by wet process without using dispersing agent.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
