Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We established a xenograft mouse model subcutaneously transplanted with a non-small cell lung cancer cell line. Next, we evaluated Intratumoral metabolism of xenograft mouse model using imaging massspectrometry after administration of angiogenesis inhibitor (BIBF 1120, bevacizumab). As a result of evaluation, BIBF 1120 and bevacizumab showed different effects on blood flow and intratumoral metabolism.
