Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We evaluated exosomes isolated from pancreatic cancer-derived cells. CD 63 was highly expressed in BxPC-3、CFPAC-1、Panc-1 cells, on the other hand CD 63 was slightly expressed in MIA PaCa-2、AsPC-1 cells. These results suggest that exosome production is depended on pancreatic cancer-derived cell.Furthermore, we detected exsomal RNA form pancreatic cancer-derived cells as well as serum form pancreatic cancer patients. We could not detect specific miRNA from various exosomal RNA.
