Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Rat motor dysfunction model (hind-limb paraplegia model) were chosen in our study. Neuro growth factor (caveolin 1) were provided to remaining neurons by intracellar caveolin production. Subpial injection was used for virus delivery. It is new and efficient method for gene delivery. Axonal grow from remained neurons were confirmed. We can not show motor recovery with caveolin over expression in rat paraplegia model.
