Outline of Final Research Achievements

This study aimed to identify novel miRNA regulated by transcriptional factor C/EBPb in human endometrial stromal cells (ESCs) during decidualization using RNA sequencing. As a result, hsa-miR-29c and has-miR-1182 were extracted. Two miRNAs may play important roles in expression of many genes during decidualization.
