Since the refugee crisis 2015 Germany took measures to improve efficient refugee status determination as well as measures to enhance social inclusion. The characteristic of German social inclusion policy is that, that it aims a quick integration of the refugee in the labor market.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
ドイツにおける難民の社会統合法制は、とりわけ2010年代において社会保障制度や職業生活への統合を促すことに力点をおくようになった。これは難民の経済的自立を促し、難民が早期に受け入れ国で生活者として地歩を固めることを可能にする。ドイツの難民法制を参照することで、日本における難民受け入れについて、理論的な選択肢を示すことに本研究の意義はある。
