This research shows why existing the Stay idle what is children without attending school and working in developing countries. We construct the Overlapping generation model to analyze the effect of Stay idle on the welfare and the economic growth in developing countries. And we quantitatively calculate the effects of some development policies such Conditional Cash Transfer(CCT), Food-For-Education(FFE) and PROGRESA in our model. We can observe that these policies not only eliminate child labour but also promote children to attend school in developing countries.
