Outline of Final Research Achievements	This study analyzed cases to developed an assessment tool for aggressive escalation in intimate partners. We analyzed judgment papers which include repeated aggression and their dates. We performed survival analysis to find features of incidents which changed to homicide soon. The results showed that not only victims but also anyone without the intimate relationships who could support the victims could be homicide victims.
Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements	本研究の目的は、親密な関係者間で暴力が繰り返される場合に、その行為が早期に殺人事件に発展する可能性が高いかを判断するために必要な情報を収集することであった。実際に暴力が繰り返された親密な関係者間で生じた事件の判決文を分析し、その中でも早期に殺人事件に発展した事例に固有の特徴を調べた。親密な関係者間で生じる攻撃行動は、警察等への相談件数が増加傾向にあり、相談受理機関での適切な対応が求められている。本研究は、相談を受理した機関だけでなく、暴力の被害者自身が今の状況の危険性を判断するための知見となる。
