Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We developed an automatic computer aided diagnostic method of Alzheimer's disease using longitudinal T1-MRI. This method used not only for atrophy of gray matter but also White matter hypo-intensity on T1 images. To asses proposed method using data of Japanese Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (J-ADNI).We used Support vector machine for Alzheimer group and healthy group using proposed method. As a result, it showed that it can be identified with a sensitivity of 87.9% and a specificity of 80.0%.
