Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The solid-phase bonding process, such as cold spraying, is an entirely new material formation process. To make this technology practical, we have to understand the bonding mechanism and to guarantee the strength and reliability of them. Combining a macro-scale evaluation by Laser Shock Adhesion Test and micro-scale evaluation technique enables us to understand solid-state bonding phenomena from a multi-scale perspective.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
