Research Abstract |
安価に入手容易なアミノ酸や乳酸を出発物質とし、これらから生成するキラルな炭素陰イオン種を中間体として、4置換炭素を持つ環状アミノ酸や含窒素複素環、環状エーテル類を高い光学純度で製造する方法を開発した。これらは医薬品開発の中間体として、また生理活性天然物の合成中間体としても有用である。
