Research Abstract

発達した二重結合構造を有する導電性高分子の半導体特性や光学的特性、電気化学特性について下記の新しい機能応用の開発を行った。
(1)溶媒に可能な二つの有機半導体材料の混合や積層化を行い、素子性能評価やC-MOSインバーターの試作を行った。
(2)接合の電気特性と光発光特性の相関性を明らかにした。
(3)光メモリー型有機FET素子を試作した。
(4)ソフトアクチュエータのトレーニング効果を明らかにした。
