Research Abstract

本研究課題では7-アザビシクロ[2.2.1]ヘプタン構造を有するアミドの非平面構造の構造特性を確立し機能分子マテリァルとして応用するために以下のことを実施した。自己組織的にヘリックス構造の柔軟性の制御の結果をふまえてヘリックス構造表面の機能化を行う。除放性一酸化窒素放出物質は持続的な一酸化窒素の放出を可能にし,一酸化窒素に由来する持生物活性(例えば血管内皮細胞増殖抑制による血管再狭窄の予防)の持続的な作用が期待できる注目の有機マテリアルである。そのため新たな機構でのNO放出物質を,アミド結合と同様に2-アザビシクロ[2.2.1]ヘプタン構造を用いて新たなS-トランスニトロソ化反応によるNO供与体(S-ニトロソチオール)の間接的な生成によりNO供与性を示すことを明らかにした。本反応は平面性N-ニトロソアミンでは起きず,また求核剤がイオウではなく窒素では起きない。またN-ニトロソー2-アザビシクロ[2.2.1]ヘプタンは可視光によってN-NO結合の開裂が起きることがわかり,光照射による空間的時間的に制御したNOの放出が可能になりつつある。
