Research Abstract

超高周波重力波検出器として、2台のシンクロナス・リサイクリング干渉計を開発し、その動作に成功し、100 MHz 帯での世界最高感度を達成した。そして1,000 秒間のデータ取得を行い、2 台のデータの相関解析を行うことにより、100 MHz の背景重力波に対して過去最高の制限を与えた。また、さらに感度を上げるための新しい検出器レゾナント・スピードメーターを考案・開発し、原理検証に成功した。インフレーション起源の背景重力波の、より正確なスペクトルの計算などの理論的研究も行った。
