Research Abstract

ハードウェア開発としてTEM用波長分散型X線分光器の開発を行い, 軟X線領域の状態分析を可能とした。またデータ測定・解析ソフトウェア開発としてスペクトル回復ソフトウェア, オンラインEELSペクトルのドリフト補正スクリプト及び多変量解析に基づくスペクトル分解・成分空間分布可視化プログラムを開発した。これらを基にした応用研究として, 電子チャネリングを利用したサイト選択的電子状態測定, リチウムイオン二次電池正極材料のドーパント効果及び画像劣化診断, 窒素注入による可視光応答化チタニア光触媒の窒素の状態分析, 水素吸蔵材料の状態分析及び9)その他のナノ構造分析を行った。
