Research Abstract

本研究は、新しい同位体分析技術として、誘導結合プラズマ質量分析(ICP-MS)とレーザー共鳴イオン化質量分析(RIMS)の測定原理を結合することで、それぞれの長所を活かしつつ弱点を相補う質量分析法 : 「誘導結合プラズマ共鳴イオン化質量分析(ICP-RIMS)」の概念を構築し、その原理実証に成功すると共に、分析能の最適化に向けた系統的な基礎実験・解析と実用化のためのシステム設計検討を行った。
