Research Abstract

本研究では、インテリジェント機能性分子をナノ医薬に発展させるための基礎検討行い、(1)ハイブリッド内において、中性条件下ではシトシン特異的でありアルカリ条件下でグアニン特異的な官能基転移反応、(2)新規ヌクレオシドアナログの合成に成功し、非天然型3本鎖DNAの形成、(3)DNA 中の酸化損傷塩基、8-oxodG の検出プローブの開発、(4)クロスリンク反応によるアンチセンス阻害の効率向上、を達成した。
