Research Abstract

本研究ではペプチドを用いた新しい作用機序の抗ウイルス薬の開発を目指して、ヘマグルチニン(HA)と細胞表面の糖鎖の間の相互作用を阻害するペプチド配列の分子進化を行った。種々の配列を有するペプチドを化学合成し、H1N1型とH3N2型のインフルエンザウイルスのMDCK細胞への感染をプラークアッセイ法で評価した。リポペプチドとして自己集合体を形成することで、5残基から15残基のペプチドにおいて感染阻害活性の向上を達成した。
