Research Abstract

The purpose of this study was to contribute to making effective learning method of vaulting.
Below are the contents of this study:
Investigation into the actual conditions of missteps in learning of vaulting.
Theory for effective directions in order to the missteps.
The results are as follows.
The systematic directions in lower stage are very important for not making missteps of the learning of vaulting.
