| Research Abstract |
アメリカ及びイギリスの体育教員養成カリキュラムとアセスメント・システムの現地調査で得た資料を基に,「実践デザイン」,「授業実践」,「リフレクション」,「目標設定」,「改善・学習」の5ステージから構成される職能成長養成モデルとICT(Information and Communication Technology)を用いた学生の自己・他者省察型授業モデル及び「職責」,「実践的知識」,「実践力」の各能力をアセスメントする手法とモデルを開発し, 実際の体育教員養成プログラム及び授業で実践し, その成果を国内外で公表した.
