| Research Abstract |
ヒトが宇宙で滞在することによって生じる身体機能の減退を防ぐため, どのようなトレーニングが効果的であるのかについて地上モデルを用いて検討した。実験期間中に片脚に体重をかけないようにする宇宙滞在モデルを用いて, 高強度インターバルトレーニングを一日おきあるいは二日おき, 高強度インターバル+筋力トレーニングを一日おきに行った。その結果, 一日おきに高強度インターバル+筋力トレーニングを行うと筋力, 筋量, 呼吸循環系などの運動機能を全般的に維持できることが示された.
