Research Abstract

本研究の主な結果は、若齢および成熟ラットの代償的に活動が増大した片側横隔膜においては、運動終板面積と遅筋線維の面積割合の増加に伴い伝達欠落の低下が認められるが、老齢ラットにおいては伝達欠落の改善は認められないこと。また、運動終板体積と表面積には年齢グループ間の差は認められなかったが、超老齢ラットにおいて筋線維直径の変化がないにもかかわらず、type IIX/B線維の運動終板密度が有意に低下したことである
